What does the workshop entail exactly?
First and foremost, we welcome you with a delicious coffee/tea or juice/water. After a brief introduction about the company WALDO, who we are, and what we do, we’ll get right to work!
After a brief theoretical introduction, we’ll start making the components of the mini pie. Everyone will make their own mini pies, which you’ll naturally take home with you at the end. We’ll go through all the steps together so that you understand the technique well and achieve a beautiful end result. The workshop’s goal is for you to learn how to decorate a homemade mini pie as a plated dessert.

For whom is this workshop suitable?
This workshop is suitable for anyone aged 16 and above. You don’t need any baking experience, as we will teach you everything you need to know. Enthusiasm and motivation are the most important!
Time and location
The workshop takes place at our bakery located at Eerste Sweelinckstraat 14 in Amsterdam. We start at 1:00 PM, and the workshop will last until 3:00 to 3:30 PM, after which you’ll head home with a delicious dessert for the weekend!
Cost
The cost for the workshop is €85 per person including VAT. If, unexpectedly, you are unable to attend, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days in advance. After that, a 50% fee will be charged.
